Some nice footage of the Blue Rock Thrush [male] calling. Recorded in Malaysia with a Nikon D500 SLR [DX-format - 20.9 Mega Pixels, ISO range 100-51200, 10 Frames Per Second continuous shooting, 4K UHD video] with a Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD. The beautiful Blue Rock Thrush is the national bird of the Maltese Islands.

 

Nikon P900 Birding Image Samples

With its huge zoom the P900 is a great Bridge camera for long range photography. So for wildlife, although quite a bulky camera, it fits the bill really well. And for "birding" - taking pictures of birds if you don't know what that means, it's great. It even has a dedicated bird mode. However, there are many things to learn about this mode and the camera overall in order to get the absolute best results.

Books, including paperback, kindle and PDF format, have been written about how to master not only the camera overall, but also bird mode specifically. No need to worry though if your a novice, even with just the standard settings being used, basically anyone is capable of capturing spectacular images after a bit of practice. Konica Minolta Dimage 7 Pictures

Konica Minolta Dimage 7 is quite an old digital camera today. 5.24 mega pixels, 7 x optical zoom and has that old school, rather square design. But personally I like that. There's no shortage of these for sale used on eBay UK / USA, and the price is usually low. Available in silver or black. Ratings differ from review to review.

 
Picture quality was very good when the camera was from between newly released and say 3 years after that. But by todays standards it has lost some of that due to age but should still be considered as good enough, especially for black and white photography. Nikon D7200 Sample Images

The Nikon D7200 is a 24.2 mega pixel DSLR which has built-in WiFi and NFC. NFC is basically the ability to share / transfer images to compatible devices that are within close range.
